Terms and Conditions

Any building or construction work including patios and paving , where by movement has occurred down to tree roots or ground movement.

External tile grout or resin infills , this is all natural where and tear.

Any flooding from patios or paving , we always recommend best suited drainage and if customers want different they will be responsible.

All natural stone work is guaranteed not to break for 5 years, if this occurs diamond pave can repair such tiles but may not be able to match the appropriate slab due to batch numbers or products going discontinued.

Any repair work is down to diamond pave and landscaping ltd’s discretion.

Any problems with subcontracted work is down to the subcontractor to rectify, please see there terms and conditions.
